Tyger, tyger, burning bright

#8

In the forests of the night,

#9

What immortal hand or eye

#10

could frame thy fearful symmetry?

#11

In what distant deeps or skies

#12

Burnt the fire of thine eyes?

#13

On what wings dare he aspire?

#14

What the hand dare seize the fire?

#15

With apologies to William Blake.

The whole poem can be found here.

  1. Pfft. Blake wishes his illuminations were this good. 😀

  2. Putting images to a poem is such a clever idea, really enjoyed that!

    • Thankyou, wanted to do something a bit different and when I picked out the burning forest picture, Blake just sprang to mind.

  3. Wow… so awesome 🙂 Especially the moonkin!

  4. Fearful symmetry? LOL!

    • She’s a scary lady, wouldn’t want to get on her wrong side. She might take away my shoulder enchant.

  5. Lovely images!

The moonkin “flying” made me smile though 😉

    • That one brings back happy memories of aerial boomkin ganking, shame everyone has massive health pools now 😦

  6. What a great idea, putting pics to a poem! I like 11. What perfect cleavage symmetry >< 😛

    • Thanks. It was either her or Freya (who I’ve hated ever since we wiped for a week or three on Freya plus three).
